The Center for Democracy and Reconciliation in Southeast Europe (CDRSEE) was a regional and impact-oriented NGO based in Thessaloniki. Their goal was to foster democratic and pluralist societies in Southeast Europe through embodying in their manner of working, respect for diversity, free speech, reconciliation, social responsibility and the peaceful resolution of differences. They achieved their purpose through creative, yet practical and inclusive projects comprising training and education, media work, symposia, intercultural dialogue, advocacy and publications.
In 2019 the CDRSEE has been forced to shut down due to the lack of funds.
